This is GM recommended RTV for replacing the rear diff gasket. GM#12378521

It is unfortunate the gasket is NLA and at some point we will provide a replacement for that, but until then this is RTV to use.

Keep in mind when using RTV:

1) Surfaces must be clean and oil free

2) Have everything ready before applying RTV since the surface curing time is quick. 10 minutes is pushing it. If the surface of the RTV solidifies then that is where your first leak will be.
