For a quality fit there is no 1 option that fits all, but the options are simple. The steering rack boots are available in 2 materials, thermoplastic (like the OEM boots) that are known to last longer and rubber that creates a nice seal when submerging the rack at a boat launch. The reason for the size difference is obvious when you look at the difference of these inner tie rods. So why not do them all the larger size? Because the outer diameter is a tight fit with the Quadrasteer plastic boot covers. Covers that are bound to be warped after 20 years and probably not worth using.

Hose clamps are included with the boots.
