Will you be sending a skid plate back with your core? Does your axle have 3 bolt holes for the skid plate? Some models don't have the provisions for bolting into place.

What a good feeling it is to know your rack is safe and rock solid!

We strip it completely, blast down to bare aluminum and powder coated. Powder coating is all done in-house with custom colors optional. No extra charge but contact us so we can send you a color chart. Wrinkle black is standard.

The steering rack includes everything except rear diff oil and gasket. This is because not all people use the same limited slip fluid and the gasket recently became NLA so we’ll get by with RTV or something similar until we can get it made again. Includes both inner and outer tie rods, rack boots, boot clamps, oil for planetary gear housing and fastening hardware.

There is a core, which is new but I’ve tried everything possible to avoid core charges bit they are simply not all being returned and that just slows down the next person wanting a rack.

If internal parts are bad because of it’s 20 plus years on the road you still get your core charge returned. This is because we manufacture the parts that are known to go bad anyhow and of course wasn’t even your fault. So unless you intentionally damage it by cutting things up, welding it together or didn’t return it then you can trust the core charge will be returned to you.

Understanding the total cost including core and shipping is still very simple: $1200 for rack kit, $500 for temporary core charge and shipping based on country (USA = $100, Mexico & Canada = $150 and all other countries $250).
